On Sunday 6 July, 27 friends and choir members gathered at Meltham Sports & Community Club for a day of camaraderie, competition, and fun. Despite the forecast, the weather held. Great company, food, and welcoming greens.
After a spirited tournament, the title of 2025 Champion was claimed by guest player Evion Davies, who triumphed in the final against Peter Jackson (baritone). Congratulations also to semi-finalists Phil Heywood (baritone) and Richard Wade (bass) for their strong performances.
A special shout-out goes to Mandy Reid, who was awarded the Ladies Champion trophy for the second year running.
Warm thanks to Chris Roberts and Julie Wood for their fantastic organisation, ensuring the day ran smoothly and was enjoyed by all.
